Richard became a supervisor to learn more about conservation districts’ role in local government. He was on the Planning and Zoning board for 9 years and has 25 years of experience with the National Park Service. His favorite thing about the Cody Conservation District is how committed our Board of Supervisors and staff are to the Cody community.
